Job description:
Responsible for the daily content publishing, management and maintenance of the company's social media platforms (such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Tik-tok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, etc.);
1. Learn from and collect materials from benchmark accounts, and plan short videos, graphics and copywriting. Hot copy copy copywriting, copywriting rewriting, and copywriting breakdown.
2. Be able to edit, process and create secondary materials
3. Understand the registration rules and traffic rules of various social media platforms (such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Tik-tok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, etc.).
4. Regularly analyze the data performance of each platform, including reading volume, likes, comments, forwarding, etc., to optimize published content.
5. Have a strong awareness of platform compliance, be able to avoid problems in a timely manner, and maintain account security and stability
Job requirements:
Journalism, marketing, advertising and other related majors.
More than 2 years of experience in new media operations or social platform operations.
Familiar with the operation models of major social platforms and media, and have certain copywriting skills.
Good data analysis skills, able to optimize operational effects through data.
Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
